Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor
• Position Title: Architectural Manager (Health Project)
• Working Location: Depend on the project site
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Architectural Coordinators and BIM Modellers in design and coordination tasks.
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical or site issues.
• Plan architectural works, coordinate with consultants, and manage document control, including monitoring sample submissions and drawing approvals.
• Prepare, organize, and coordinate construction and architectural documents and drawings.
• Ensure architectural works are completed according to approved specifications and drawings.
• Inform the Project Director or Project Manager of any technical or site issues related to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ architectural work to ensure schedules are met.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Architectural Manager on large-scale projects, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience supervising architectural works on high-rise buildings and complex projects is an advantage.
• Responsible for ensuring all architectural and interior works follow approved drawings and specifications, including coordination with other contractors via CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements.
