任职资格

  • Demonstrated strong business insight, with a proactive attitude and a high level of self-motivation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business-to-consumer sales, showcasing a proven success record.
  • Experience in sales of retail banking products, especially in insurance and investment sectors, will be highly advantageous.
  • A broad network of SME business relationships coupled with strong business insight.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
  • A strong enthusiasm for wealth management, investment sales, and client relationship building.
  • Must have personal transportation and be open to travel.
  • Willingness to obtain required industry certifications such as FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and CFP upon onboarding.

岗位职责

  • Tasked with marketing and promoting a diverse array of wealth products and services, such as Unit Trusts, Insurance, and Wills, to prospective clients.
  • Participate in cross-selling additional wealth products tailored to customer requirements.
  • Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships while providing after-sales support.
  • Comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Aim to meet sales targets for all designated products.
  • Identify and develop a new market segment aligned with your area of expertise.
