Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive, Event Operations to execute the seamless planning and execution of events. You will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling on-site operations, and ensuring that events are delivered successfully. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring smooth operations from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.
  • Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers, contractors, and venue managers to arrange equipment, catering, transportation, and other event-related logistics.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • On-Site Execution: Supervise event setup, oversee on-ground staff, troubleshoot any operational issues, and ensure all elements align with event goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, sponsors, and partners to align expectations and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events adhere to health, safety, and legal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and risk assessments.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, create reports, and suggest improvements for future events to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in event operations will be a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the spot.
  • Experience with event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Trello, Asana).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
