As a technical leader, you will play a hands-on role in scaling our core e-commerce infrastructure to support millions of global users.


  • Architecture & Coding: Lead the design, coding, and optimization of highly distributed backend systems. You will spend the majority of your time writing and reviewing production-grade code.
  • E-Commerce Scale: Own the technical roadmap for critical domains, including order management, checkout pipelines, and high-concurrency pricing engines.
  • Technical Mentorship: Drive large-scale engineering initiatives and mentor senior talent across teams.
  • AI-Assisted Workflows: Leverage AI-native development tools to accelerate shipping cycles and boost code quality.


skills and requirements

  • E-Commerce Expertise (Crucial): Proven background building high-traffic, large-scale transactional systems for e-commerce, retail tech, or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience & Education: 10+ years in software engineering with a track record of leading complex distributed systems. Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Programming Languages: Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Go, or Python (Strong Node.js backend experience is highly advantageous).
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and core data tools (MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch).
  • Modern Tooling: Familiar with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to maximize engineering efficiency.
