• Create and maintain materials plan aligned to the build schedule: demand forecasting, reorder points, and buffer

strategy for long-lead items.

• Run on-site inventory operations: receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage kitting and staging by zone/row; ensure crews have the right parts (cable types/lengths, panels, connectors,

consumables) at the workface.

• Track material consumption vs. BOM; flag variances, waste, and at-risk shortages; coordinate with procurement and

vendors.

• Maintain chain-of-custody and documentation for high-value items (optics, patch cords, specialty components); support

returns/RMA processes.

• Ensure compliance with site requirements for storage, ESD handling (as applicable), and housekeeping (5S)

Data proficiency: inventory systems, spreadsheets, barcode/label processes, and audit-ready record keeping.

• Strong coordination skills with field leads to align kits/staging with daily workface plans.
