Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd Tier technical solutions and support on MS-Windows Server Platforms to multiple customers through remote or onsite support
• Perform diagnostic and root-cause analysis, reporting tasks of Windows Server problems
• Perform daily Systems Administration tasks such as performance monitoring for Windows Server
• Perform regular patches update for Windows Servers and related Application Systems
• Responsible for Windows system documentation review and update

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years in Wintel Server supporting and daily troubleshooting
• Experience on Microsoft Windows Server (AD,IIS) 2003 / 2008
• Knowledge and technical support experiences in System Backup Solution.
• Immediate availability or with short notice period is preferred
