Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor BIM teams across regional and international offices.
- Build a high-performing BIM team through coaching and succession planning.
- Optimise BIM resource allocation across offices and projects.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across BIM teams.
- Set performance expectations and monitor team productivity and quality.
- Develop and implement the global BIM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and improve BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
- Ensure consistent BIM execution across projects and offices.
- Lead BIM implementation for multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain BEPs, modelling standards, and QA procedures.
- Serve as the BIM and CAD subject matter expert.
- Provide technical guidance on modelling, coordination, and digital delivery.
- Resolve complex BIM and CAD technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Monitor emerging BIM, CAD, and digital engineering technologies.
- Evaluate and implement innovative digital tools and solutions.
- Drive digital transformation to improve project efficiency and data quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation.
- Establish and implement BIM quality control procedures and audits.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet accuracy and quality standards.
- Define and monitor BIM performance KPIs.
- Promote best practices in model and data management.
- Collaborate with engineering, project, IT, and business leaders on digital initiatives.
- Represent BIM capabilities in client meetings and technical discussions.
- Support bids and presentations by showcasing BIM capabilities.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and industry partners.
- Develop and deliver BIM and CAD training programs.
- Identify competency gaps and implement development plans.
- Promote continuous learning and professional certification.
