Roles & Responsibilities

“Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the NFS food lab (kitchen) and preparation room. Wash, clean and store kitchen equipment, utensils, aprons and cleaning cloths"

• NFS Room MaintenanceMaintain food lab orderliness.Wash and dry cleaning cloths.Wash aprons and kitchen utensils.Clean food science equipment.Scrub sinks, stoves, and refrigerators.Mop kitchen floors daily.Tidy student work units.Lock main gas taps safely.Keep kitchen knives secured.
• Food Preparation SupportCut, weigh, and pack ingredients.Organize storage cupboard inventory.Take daily stock of perishables.Work with teacher-in-charge closely.Operate simple kitchen appliances.Handle blenders and electric steamers.
• Administrative AssistanceAccept and verify incoming orders.Support teachers during practical lessons.Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Primary School completion.
• Experience: 3 years in food handling.
• Sector: Prior educational institution experience preferred.
• Skills: Efficient, independent worker.

Working Hours: Mon–Thu (6:30 AM–3:30 PM), Fri (6:30 AM–3:00 PM)

Rest Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays
