Job Title: Ship Crane Operator
Job Hours: 6 Days, Shift-Work

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate ship, vessel or port crane equipment for cargo loading and unloading.
• Hoist, lower and position cargo safely.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment and safety checks.
• Observe safe working load and approved lifting procedures.
• Communicate with riggers, signalmen and stevedoring supervisors.
• Report equipment defects and unsafe conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ship crane, port crane or vessel cargo-crane experience.
• Experience in stevedoring, break-bulk, steel cargo, dry-bulk or heavy-lift operations preferred.
