We are looking for talent for the position of Rooms Controller in our Resident Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage room inventory, allocations, and upgrades to optimize occupancy and operational efficiency.
Coordinate resident preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Monitor room availability, including Out-of-Order (OOO)/ Out-of-Service (OOS) rooms, and work with relevant teams to maximize inventory utilization.
Prepare daily operational reports and manage reservations, billing, and related administrative tasks.
Act as the key liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional resident experience.
Support resident enquiries and requests through various communication channels.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience gained from the hotel or service industry with at least 1 year in supervisory level in related areas.
Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred.
Passionate about hospitality with a proactive and guest-focused mindset.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in hotel property management systems; OPERA experience is essential.
Flexible to work shifts and manage multiple priorities effectively.
