We are looking for a friendly and responsible Service Advisor to join our motorcycle workshop team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys dealing with customers and has basic knowledge about motorcycles.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with motorcycle service enquiries.
• Explain available services, promotions, and accessories to customers.
• Coordinate with mechanics regarding customer requests and repair progress.
• Update customers on service status and estimated completion time.
• Prepare simple service records, documents, and data entry.
• Assist with motorcycle checking and basic maintenance when needed.
• Arrange motorcycles and ensure the service area is organised.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, 20 years old and above.
• Good communication skills and friendly personality.
• Basic motorcycle knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work as a team.
