Job Description

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise in Java,debugging, SQL, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in production support(L2/L3)
  • Ability to manage criticalbanking applications and handle P1 incidents

Technical Skills

  • Java (Core Java, Spring Boot,Microservices), Hibernate
  • SQL (query writing, optimization,performance tuning)
  • Kafka (understanding of messagingand transactions)
  • Exception handling and APIsecurity (authentication and authorization)

Platform / Tools

  • Monitoring tools: Splunk, Kibana,log analysis
  • DevOps: Jenkins,OpenShift/Kubernetes (basic to intermediate level)
  • Database: MariaDB or other RDBMS

Functional Knowledge

  • Exposure to Core Banking systems
  • Understanding of transactionprocessing and application criticality
  • Basic understanding of interestcalculations for Savings and Current Accounts

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of ACID properties
  • Understanding of vertical andhorizontal scalability
  • Ability to design, analyze, and debug distributed systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
