• Hands-on design and development of high-performance, distributed systems that enable global trading and multi-petabyte data processing.
• Driving reliability and uptime improvements.
• Delivering individual and group project work with a high degree of ownership, including cross-team and stakeholder communication
• This is a short term assignment for approximately 2 months

Job Requirements

• Experience designing and building backend distributed systems and low level infrastructure.
• Demonstrable experience designing for reliability (SLOs etc) and observability in distributed production systems
• Deep proficiency in one or more of Python, C++, Rust.
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail. You break down complex problems clearly and build things to last.
• High agency - you take ownership, follow through and hold yourself accountable
• Genuine curiosity about our business domain and a drive to find new ways to add value.
• Overall experience mid to senior level
