Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Assistant role based in Johor, Iskandar Puteri. The Logistics Assistant will support day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing delivery and shipping documents, and ensuring accurate records in inventory and logistics systems. The role involves tracking orders, monitoring stock levels, liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, and assisting with purchasing activities related to logistics needs. The Logistics Assistant will help optimize warehouse and storage arrangements, support cycle counts and stock audits, and address logistics-related inquiries to maintain smooth operations. The position requires close collaboration with team members to meet service timelines and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong logistics and supply chain capabilities, including Logistics Management and Purchasing skills.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and solid Organization Skills to handle stock records and documentation accurately.
• Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with MS Office and inventory or ERP systems.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain support is preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
