about the job

• Direct client onboarding workflows, ensuring rigorous background checks, risk evaluations, and source of wealth verification.

• Facilitate the annual enterprise-wide risk assessment framework, contributing to methodology updates, narrative reports, and strategic risk treatment plans.

• Execute ongoing transaction monitoring, lead complex financial crime investigations, and manage mandatory reporting workflows including FATCA and CRS requirements.

• Coordinate regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and independent reviews while leading remediation initiatives to strengthen the control environment.

• Lead dedicated compliance projects and deliver continuous risk awareness training across business units to uphold operational standards.

skills and experience required

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in financial compliance, with targeted expertise in onboarding and due diligence of high networth individuals.

• High proficiency in verifying complex ownership structures, client profiles, and source of funds documentation.
