Full Time Finance - HR Manager Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,000 in REPS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

Accounts Duties:-

• Prepare full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
• Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting,Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare in year end statutory audit and prepare audited reports
• Prepare Financial Year End AGM Report
• Liaise with banks and authorities
• Submission of claims for Government Grants
Handle ad-hoc projects

HR Duties:-

• Prepare Monthly Payroll and CPF Submission
• Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers
Prepare and Issue relevant letters to staff e.g. letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, etc

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma/ITE in Finance/Accountancy/Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in assisting partial Accounting Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Prefer experience in MYOB
• Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
• Well updated on IRAS & MOM guidelines
• Well informed on government grants
