Reservations and Switchboard Agent
Integrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:
Managing day-to-day operations
You will be assisting the Assistant Supervisor to manage the day-to-day Switchboard/Room Reservation Operation in a professional manner while meeting client needs. This includes making room bookings at
Data craft Hospitality Suite System, booking Client Area’s meeting rooms as well as ensuring that all Room Booking confirmation is sent to the User via email. On top of that, you will be responding to
requests for information, service and assistance in a timely manner. When there are issues of concerns, you will be reporting it back to the management.

Being a team player
You will be actively supporting an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence. You will also participate in Department briefings and team meetings. Being a team player
also means that you will be coordinating with vendors, hospitality team (e.g. Client services, Catering reservation team), technicians and site staffs. To ensure that the service levels are maintained, you will
be pro-actively managing Client’s expectations with the knowledge of Client’s protocol.

Ensuring adherence
You will be ensuring that policies and operations procedures are followed in order to complete tasks efficiently as well as ensure that service standards are maintained. You will also be monitoring guidelines
and strategies to protect health and safety of the staff and others. You will also play an important role in protecting the reputation of the client as well as our firm.

Experienced in customer service
You have at least an N or O level certification with 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service such as a cabin crew or in the hospitality industry. You have a strong customer service focus. You are also
culturally sensitive and is able to perform work ethically and with integrity.

Knowledge of procedures for booking Client Area’s meeting rooms
Knowledge on making room bookings at Data craft Hospitality Suite System. Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence. Good Knowledge of the Client protocol
Familiar with list of available basic amenities and Audio & Visual equipment.
