Marketing Crew – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing Crew to represent our clients' brands and engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions. The role involves promoting products and services, creating positive customer experiences, and helping clients increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote our clients' brands in a professional and positive manner.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing and direct customer interactions.
• Introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct marketing activities and promotional campaigns at various locations and events.
• Achieve individual and team-based marketing and sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the client's brand image at all times.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is energetic, confident, people-oriented, and passionate about developing skills in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
