Job Description

1. Review drawings, specifications, schedules and scope of works of the contract

2. Request the quotation from sub contractor and supplier inclusive contract administration

3. Liaison with client, sub contractor, supplier and local authorities for project execution

4. Attend the project meetings and prepare the minutes of meeting

5. Oversee the site activities, safety and quality compliances

Record daily activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in architectural, building / civil engineering or equivalent

2. Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

3. Minimum 2 years working experiences, preferably in building

4. Able to communicate with local staffs and foreign workers

5. Posses own transport, within Klang Valley

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
