Job Summary

Manage and oversee renovation projects from site measurement to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery through effective coordination with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements and perform site inspections to assess project requirements
• Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and material take-offs to support project budgeting
• Coordinate renovation projects from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Supervise renovation works including carpentry, custom cabinets, wardrobes, showcases, ceiling works, painting, partition works, flooring, and general interior fit-out to maintain quality standards
• Read and interpret construction and shop drawings to guide project execution
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site workers to facilitate smooth project progress
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring work progress to meet deadlines
• Order materials and track deliveries to ensure timely availability for project phases
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and work schedules for effective project management
• Enforce work quality, safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering, or relevant renovation experience
• Experience in renovation or interior fit-out projects
• Proficient in preparing quotations and conducting site measurements
• Strong communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
