Our company is seeking an experienced Senior/Project Manager to oversee and manage projects in the Offshore industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring seamless delivery, adherence to tight deadlines, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and executing complex Offshore projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

• Implement project management best practices to ensure efficient execution and resource utilization.

• Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including offshore activities, to guarantee successful project completion.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal management on a weekly basis.

• Address client concerns, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.

1. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team productivity.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different departments involved in the project.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

• Implement risk management protocols to minimize disruptions during project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the offshore industry.

• Strong understanding of offshore operations, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
