Job description:
- Assisting in the processing of prescriptions (registration of prescriptions, typing, picking, labelling and dispensing of medications) and screening of prescriptions
- Provide appropriate counselling and information to patients and caregivers
- Manage drug inventory (e.g. stock replenishment, conducting stock counts and inventory checks)
- Handles enquiries related to medication supplies, drug related issues, product information, pharmacy services and general patient workflow
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (Clinical Track) or its equivalent or GCE A/O/N level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course conducted by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
