岗位职责

Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas to ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, functionality and safety.
Coordinate and oversee repair, servicing and preventive maintenance works at HQ office and multiple outlets.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
Perform general maintenance, repair and troubleshooting works, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, furniture, air-con and etc.
Familiar with workplace safety practices and building regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Source, liaise, coordinate and communicate well with external contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure all servicing and inspections are carried out according to operational requirements.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing.
Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance tools, supplies and spare parts.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when required occasionally.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
