Project Manager (Data Center)

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to lead the delivery of data center projects in Singapore. you will oversee project execution from planning through installation, testing, commissioning and handover while coordinating clients, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects.
• Coordinate site activities, contractors and vendors.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners, including teams based in China and other locations, to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, budget and key milestones.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare project progress reports, manage project risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing data centre, MEP or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers and manufacturing partners as part of the role.
• Willing to travel between project sites within Singapore.
