Job Description

Catering Solutions Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are consistently maintained.

Assist with food preparation, cutting, marinating, and cooking.

Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company SOPs.

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using the FIFO method.

Support the kitchen team during daily operations and catering events.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant cooking experience in a restaurant, central kitchen, or catering environment.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
