The Talent Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership, department managers, human resources teams, and key stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives, enhance workforce planning, and implement programs that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to build effective talent solutions that improve employee performance and long-term organizational success.
This role involves overseeing talent acquisition strategies, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce analytics. The Talent Manager will also support change management initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, employer branding, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring people practices align with organizational values and business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce priorities.
- Design and oversee leadership development, succession planning, and career progression programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce capabilities and future talent requirements.
- Lead performance management initiatives that promote continuous feedback, development, and accountability.
- Develop learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives to strengthen business performance.
- Drive employee engagement programs that improve retention, productivity, and workplace culture.
- Partner with recruitment teams to strengthen employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees through structured talent development programs.
- Analyze workforce data and talent metrics to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
- Lead organizational change and people transformation initiatives that improve workforce effectiveness.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through progressive talent management practices.
- Develop and maintain talent management policies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Prepare talent reports, workforce insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Support employee recognition, internal mobility, and career development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies, organizational standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Expertise in performance management, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Understanding of human resources practices, employment legislation, organizational design, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting workforce data and people analytics.
- Ability to influence business leaders and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and workforce analytics tools.
- Strong project management, organizational planning, and change management capabilities.
