About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is well managed, and products are delivered on time. This role offers great exposure to business operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is a 1-year contract position, with the opportunity to be converted to a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. While there is no guaranteed conversion, high-performing employees may be considered for permanent employment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely billing.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to support customer requirements and demand planning.

• Work with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment and delivery arrangements.

• Monitor inventory levels and investigate stock discrepancies where necessary.

• Coordinate deliveries and support day-to-day operational activities.

• Maintain accurate records within the ERP system.

• Prepare reports and analyse operational data to support business decisions.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

About You

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an advantage.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a positive attitude.

• Customer-focused with a growth mindset.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
