The Business Systems Digital Change Manager leads the delivery, integration, adoption and ongoing operation of Aqualis Group’s core business systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable and aligned to business strategy. The role combines ownership of the enterprise business systems landscape ERP, CRM and HRIS platforms including NetSuite, Zoho CRM and Sage People with accountability for the structured, business-led change that turns those systems into embedded ways of working.
What will you be doing?
- Own the enterprise business systems landscape (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and lead the design and delivery of a coherent future-state architecture across core platforms.
- Lead and develop the Business Systems team (system administrators, analysts, product owners) across Finance, HR, CRM and project-management domains.
- Own the product backlog and roadmap for business systems, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and the transformation programme.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change-management strategy and roadmap for business-system change across impacted functions.
- Lead the mapping of current and future business processes across Shared Services and other impacted areas, ensuring designs align with accounting standards and financial controls.
- Drive adoption and embedding communications, training, super-user networks and readiness so that change is sustained, not just delivered.
- Conduct structured change-impact and readiness assessments to inform rollout sequencing and transition planning and manage resistance through proactive engagement.
- Own the integration strategy across business systems and data flows, partnering with the Data team so that systems feed clean, well-governed data into the Group’s analytics and reporting capability.
- Lead engagement with system integrators and vendors scope definition, delivery oversight, performance management, and RFP / onboarding activity.
- Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, integration, data quality, change control and release management.
- Ensure systems are operationalised effectively support models, documentation and knowledge transfer and drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and ways of working.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting or a related field.
- Structured change-management methodology (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, APMG) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- 8+ years in enterprise systems, applications management or digital platforms, including team leadership.
- Proven experience leading ERP and enterprise-application implementations and managing multi-platform environments (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Proven delivery of structured, finance-led change and business-process improvement in a multi-country or global organisation.
- Hands-on business-process mapping (current- and future-state) across IT, Finance, HR and CRM workstreams.
- Deep understanding of ERP platforms (NetSuite or equivalent) and a strong grasp of system integration, APIs and data flows.
- Experience with CRM and HR platforms (Zoho, Sage People or similar).
- System governance, release management and change control experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of structured change methodologies and the ability to design and execute comprehensive change plans aligned to programme milestones.
