Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
The Services required are set out as follows:
Site Acceptance
To witness system testing conducted by Project System Integrator.
To verify Project System Integrator conduct acceptance testing in accordance with the Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).
To record and highlight to Authority if there are failed test cases or deviation from the ATP.
To inspect and validate the installation works done by the vendor.
To sign off the completion of the Acceptance testing.
To provide services as stated in S/N 4.
Site Survey
Co-ordinate with Project System Integrator to carry out site survey on installation of equipment, trunking, field of view and etc.
To report back to Authority on any deviations from the installation guide.
Site Decommissioning
Witness and validate the decommissioning and disposing of equipment by Project System Integrator.
Ensure Project System Integrator makegood/reinstate affected areas, as well as transport and store the decommissioned equipment.
Ensure the Project System Integrator comply with the Authority's decommissioning and disposal process.
Ensure security and site procedures are adhered to at all times to decommission the system.
Ensure Project System Integrator perform proper handover, shutdown and removal of the equipment on site.
To provide services as stated in S/N 4.
Project Management
Reporting of Works progress and/or Issues escalation for resolution, including project scheduling and project meeting.
Carry out project management and staffing efforts required to support project execution and delivery.
