Our client is a multinational company in the Contract Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a QMS Engineer to join their Engineer team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.

The QMS Engineer's responsible:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits while supporting external customer and certification audits.
• Manage document control activities, ensuring quality documents, SOPs, work instructions, and records are properly maintained and updated.
• Review and improve quality procedures and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Support the implementation and validation of digital QMS and electronic documentation control systems.
• Conduct quality training and promote awareness of QMS requirements across the organization.
• Assist in investigating quality system gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the setup and standardization of QMS across multiple manufacturing sites.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 13485 and internal/external audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of document control, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices will be an advantage.
