About the role
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process. Ensure that all equipments and machines are in good operating condition and to respond to breakdown in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process
Ensure that all equipments and machines are in good operating condition and to respond to breakdown in a timely manner
Ensure all work instructions and work procedures are followed
Perform equipment preventive and predictive maintenance activities to the highest quality
Reduce troubleshooting and repair time and strive for high volume
Adhere to requirements related to significant aspect and operational control in work area
Support new line set-up and equipment buy-off
Assist in carrying out continuous improvement projects
Assist in managing equipment spare parts
About you
Diploma / Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of PLC and equipment control systems
Able to interpret mechanical, electronic and electrical drawings
Minimum 2 years hands-on working experience in equipment maintenance
No allergy to any chemicals, oil and fiberglass dust
