Responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing Audio Visual, Lighting and Sound equipment at PCB component level.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair Audio Visual, Lighting and Sound equipment at PCB board level
• Perform servicing, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the technical workshop
• Support setup, standby and dismantling of rental event equipment when required
• Communicate with customers via email regarding repair updates when necessary
