Responsibilities:

* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

* Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

* Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.

* Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documents.

* Experience with data governance frameworks and metadata management.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.

* Strong understanding of data platforms, BI/reporting solutions, and data governance concepts.

* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
