Responsibilities
Greet and attend to guests promptly to deliver a welcoming and high-quality customer service experience
Manage all reservation channels to accurately record and confirm room bookings
Distribute room keys efficiently to guests assigned to their rooms
Maintain detailed knowledge of room categories, locations, capacities, and furnishings to assist guests effectively
Resolve guest complaints and issues quickly to maintain guest satisfaction and service standards
Process accounts and billing accurately and efficiently to ensure correct guest charges
Perform general office duties including managing correspondence, emails, filing, and operating the switchboard
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and messages for guests promptly
Report unusual occurrences to the Supervisor on duty for timely resolution
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support Front Office operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum O Level or Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in front desk service
Ability to work shifts and collaborate effectively as a team player
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with guests and colleagues
Strong customer service skills to enhance guest experience
