Responsibilities

• Investigation & report of building defects, prepare quotation and other building works in estate.

• Carry out investigation outside office hour when required.

• Coordinate with occupiers and Government Authority, etc for investigation.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying or equivalent.

• Good interpersonal skills, self-activity and able to work independently.

• Minimum 3 years construction and building maintenance experience.

• Self-motivated and able to work under stress.

• Good communication skills with clients and other relevant parties.

• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Technical Assistant
