The Role

VP/ED/MD, Sector Team, IBD

Key Accountabilities

• Providing financial products and services with regards to designated industries (Basic consumption, high-end consumption, healthcare, high-end manufacturing, general industry and other sectors, etc.);
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and providing services such as listing, financing, trading and financial advisory to customers;
• Responsible for collaborating with different teams and participating in the execution of various projects;
• Participating in marketing activities, preparing presentations, coordinating and attending investor meetings, etc.;
• Collaborating within the BOC Group;
• Completing tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or above) holders;
• Minimum of 8 years of investment banking and industry team work experience and a well-established network of client relationships;
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong reporting, time management, coordination and communication skills;
• Capable of working under demanding environment, willing to work overtime from time to time as necessary
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with a good command of written and spoken English.
