Job Summary

You will manage customer orders, communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, handle inventory, and support operations by packing supplements and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders accurately to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to address inquiries and provide information
• Maintain and update inventory records to support operational efficiency
• Distribute client information promptly and accurately within the team
• Pack supplements carefully for courier collection to ensure product integrity
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
• Use Windows, MS Office, and Photoshop to complete work tasks efficiently
• Communicate clearly in spoken and written English to support internal and external interactions
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients through good interpersonal skills

Other Information

• 5 working days per week
• Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Salary: S$2,200 to S$2,400 negotiable per month with CPF
• No age limit
• Location: Bugis
• Immediate commencement
