We are a Consumer Electric Manufacturing Company. We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancies
Location: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City)
Industry: Home Appliances Manufacturing
Job Summary: We are a leading manufacturer in the Home Appliance sector, expanding our footprint in Vietnam. We are seeking experienced engineering and management professionals to join our R&D and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in mass production, quality control, and new product introduction (NPI) within the appliance industry.
Focus: Efficiency, Yield Rate, and Daily Output.
Skills & Experience:
PE: Knowledge of IE (Industrial Engineering) , Line balancing, Cycle time reduction, and Poka-Yoke (Error proofing).
Manager: Experience in managing large teams (500+ headcount), shift management, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Knowledge of SMT (if applicable) , Assembly lines, and Packaging.
Familiarity with Vietnam labor culture and workforce management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Home Appliance manufacturing (e.g., Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Small Appliances).
Mandatory: Must be willing to be stationed in Vietnam (Relocation support provided if applicable).
Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus but not required for all roles).
Strong knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 (if applicable), and local Vietnam labor laws/regulations.
