Job description

1) Digital Marketing Support:

• · Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Google Ads.
• · Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• · Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of digital leads.

2) Social Media & Content Creation:

• · Design creative visuals (posters, videos, etc.) for Dermalene’s social media platforms.
• · Contribute to content planning and maintain a consistent posting schedule (10-15 posts per week).
• · Assist in producing materials for digital ads, promotions, and in-house branding.

3) Website & SEO Assistance:

• · Help update website content and monitor basic SEO performance.
• · Support initiatives to improve user experience and search engine rankings.

4) Branding & Visual Consistency:

• · Ensure all content aligns with Dermalene’s brand guidelines
• · Propose creative ideas while maintaining consistency across all platforms.

5) Team Collaboration & Learning:

• · Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team on campaign planning and creative execution.
• · Participate in company marketing trips and training programs to build knowledge and skills.

6) Others:

• · Attend courses and Dermalene business trips.
• · Always ensure communications are carried out to team members.
• · Ensure any necessary reports are submitted within the timeframe given by upper management.
• · Perform other related business duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time when required.

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
