Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Diploma or degree in architecture, civil / structural engineering, building services or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM drafting; experience in construction, engineering or consultancy firms will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, is required.

• Familiarity with ArchSD and BD statutory requirements.

• Work with the project team on BIM tasks, including BIM coordination, BIM modelling, production of as‑built BIM models and drawing generation.

• Good coordination skills to work with engineers and designers.

• Attention to detail, good problem‑solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Perform other duties as assigned by BIM Manager and Project Managers.
