Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Assist in planning and monitor daily production and capacity utilization.
• RO & Warranty Management: Ensure timely closure of repair orders and handle warranty submissions, parts documentation, and disposal.
• Efficiency & Job Control: Track job boards, calculate efficiency, create contingency plans, and standardize service times.
• Quality Improvement: Promote kaizen initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Waste Management: Plan and execute waste activities as per regulations.
• Tools Maintenance: Audit and maintain workshop tools and equipment; plan purchases as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor Service Advisor (SA) performance and track service campaigns.
• 5S Implementation: Support 5S practices for an organized workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
