We are launching a new premium tea boutique in the Klang Valley. Our goal is to create beautiful, welcoming outlets where customers can discover exceptional teas and enjoy memorable moments. As part of our pre-opening team, you will play a key role in building the foundation for our first outlet and future growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to join our pre-opening team. You will be responsible for setting up efficient store operations from the ground up - including systems, processes, team building, and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full pre-opening setup of the outlet.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations, inventory, service, and hygiene standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead the frontline team.
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the founder to prepare for grand opening and post-launch operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of operations experience in premium F&B, café, or retail.
• Experience in new outlet/pre-opening setup is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Klang Valley market, suppliers, and regulatory requirements.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage).
• Must be based in Klang Valley or willing to relocate.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
