Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Execute design concepts and create visual assets based on creative direction and project briefs provided by the Graphic Design Manager.

· Adapt approved key visuals (KVs) into multiple formats and sizes for print, digital, and social media collaterals.

· Provide day-to-day support to the Graphic Design Manager, including handling minor revisions and preparing design materials.

· Manage digital signage by uploading, scheduling, and removing content to ensure accurate and up-to-date guest information.

· Organise and maintain the EQ digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly named, categorised, and easily accessible.

· Operate and manage internal production equipment (e.g., engraving machine) to produce high-quality in-house materials while minimising waste.

· Serve as the primary photographer for internal events and small-scale projects as assigned.

· Ensure all artwork adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

· Prepare accurate Finished Artwork (FA) files for print production to minimise errors, reduce wastage, and protect company resources.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
