• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate leads through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to present company offerings.
• Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Understand client needs and clearly articulate how the company's products or services provide solutions, emphasizing value.
• Sales & Negotiation: Present tailored solutions, negotiate prices and terms, and secure sales agreements to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics within the company's CRM system.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments like Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of feedback.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of construction products, services, and processes.
