  • Prepare or support the preparation of financial reports, including but not limited to financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to accounting-related, tax-related requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions;
  • Review periodic accounts and support accounting-related and/or finance-related issues of offices based in other jurisdictions;
  • Review payment requests and supporting documents in the system.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management and/or the team’s senior leaders.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organized and dependable, with a proactive mindset
  • Clear and effective communicator in both written and spoken English (Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge about data-processing tools is a plus
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting remote teams across offices

Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax filings, budgeting, and management accounting.
  • Working knowledge of statutory compliance, reporting/accounting standards, and taxation principles and practices
