A) Visual Systems, Windows and Touchpoints Creation

• Create, develop and implement creative retail store environment display, merchandising strategies and concepts for new and existing stores, aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Create, develop and implement zoning strategies and points of differentiation between various product categories within each tier of store and concept.
• Includes all customer touchpoints and VM display tools for all showcase or other display cases and all options and combinations of display options.
• Create and design in store displays to complement the store architecture and design, including show windows, entry areas, soft furnishings, greenery and product presentations. This may include new store concepts, new launches or any seasonal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store design, construction, branding and operations, to ensure seamless execution of store designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform design decisions.
• Develop visual styling guidelines and standards for the brand.

B) Campaign Launch Support (as needed)

• Create and design in store displays to complement the seasonal campaign launches, including show windows, VM tools, display stands and product presentations.

C) Retail Experience

• Create, develop and implement creative retail in-store activations, to support merchandising strategies and concepts for new and existing products and stores, aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the store design team to ensure that retail experience is sufficiently impactful for instore retail journey and brand experience, while also ensuring brand consistency and visual identity across all different concepts.
