Full Time Manufacturing Planner Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, factory capacity, material availability, and business priorities.
• Monitor daily manufacturing output and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery commitments are achieved.
• Perform capacity analysis and identify potential constraints impacting production performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Equipment, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Manage work order priorities and ensure effective production flow throughout the manufacturing process.
• Analyze production data, inventory levels, and manufacturing performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Support shortage management activities by coordinating with material planning and procurement teams.
• Track WIP (Work In Progress) movement and optimize cycle time throughout manufacturing operations.
• Generate reports and provide updates on production status, capacity utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to planning processes, system enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production control, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar planning systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
