• Perform daily safety walks to find and fix unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
• Check that all workers and subcontractors wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Inspect heavy machinery, tools, fire safety items, and first-aid kits.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean-up across all active work zones
• Enforce rules set by local occupational safety authorities like the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH).
• Review subcontractor compliance with the project Safety Management System.
• Lead or assist with safety toolbox meetings and orientations for new workers.
• Stop any high-risk or dangerous work tasks right away.
• Record and report any accidents, injuries, or near-miss events.
• Help find the root cause of safety incidents and create prevention plans.
• Write weekly or monthly safety status reports for project managers and safety officer

Qualification

• Minimum lower secondary education (PMR/PT3/SRP) or a relevant Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or other related field.
• At least 6 months to 2 years of working experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or in a construction-related field

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
