Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

- Hardworking and committed to achieve sales targets.

- Comfortable in making calls to customers.

- Knowledge in property field will be an added advantage.

Responsibility

- Make calls and engage with customers from internal leads.

- Follow-up communication to convince customers to close sales.

- Provide 1 stop service guidance to customers on property, car and art auctions participation.

- Comply with turnaround time set as per workflow.

- Ensure compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedure and customer service protocols.
