TOMMAC is a leading manufacturer of recycling machinery in Southeast Asia, specializing in automated and intelligent solutions for the recycling industry. The company designs and supplies equipment such as baling machines, sorting systems, and shredding solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability across various recycling sectors.

Location: Rawang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute social media content plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.
• Create, record, edit, and publish marketing content including videos, reels, promotional posts, and digital materials.
• Plan and produce creative content for product/service promotion, company activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support online sales growth.
• Assist in managing digital marketing activities, promotions, and online campaigns to generate customer engagement and enquiries.
• Monitor social media performance, customer engagement, and marketing campaign results.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
• Support company branding activities, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience in video shooting, editing, and content creation.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Creative, proactive, and able to keep up with current digital marketing trends.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
